Well in view of the fact that the photographer is standing infront of a mirror, I would have expected her to show up in the reflection. Seeing as how the person reflected has their arm bent as they would if they were holding a camera up to their face, then I strongly suspect the image is that of the photographer.

I agree Ruby, when you look in the mirror it is pointing on an angle to another mirror. I had to laugh when I read what the person wrote about the photo, when it seems obvious what the image is. I thought it was a good example of seeing what you want to see, not looking into it further. Laughing

Definitely a case of see what you want to see! It so so obvious that it is a reflection in the mirror. A Sultan sneaking up on the photographer? Please looks more to me like a gown with a fitted waist and puffy sleeves...LMAO See what I mean, see what you want to see! Very Happy

I'm gonna have to disagree with you lovely ladies on this one. The photographer would only show up in the mirror if they were directly in front of it. The mirror is pointed away. They are shooting at an angle. What is showing in the mirror is whatever is in the room to the photographer's right.

Judy, I think it is another mirror reflecting in the little mirror. If you look at the things in the shelf in the mirror, they are reflected in another mirror, you can just see the line of the bottom of it and everything reflected correspondes with what is on the bench and the little mirror would have to be on an angle for that to happen. Or maybe I have had a long day and not looking at it right, anything is possible Laughing

I shall take a closer look now that I am home from work. : ))

Ah, yes, now I see what you mean. I moved my laptop to the same angle and I think it would be possible to have another mirror pointing at me, the mirror we see pointing at that mirror and voila, the person superimposed over other objects. Thanks, I was too tired to see this one right away, but nothing gets past all of us!

Anyone who falls for this one must be optically delusional, definitely!

Reflective surfaces are always great to see things in and to some degree alow this to happen for "the other side" but,, there is also a lot that can be done with mirrors
