Posted this on another of my forums, and well, I couldn't forget you guys, so here's the story of what happened to me the other night, with all the effort of Ctrl+V
| Quote: |
ok, this has happenned a few hours back, enough for it to be dark, slightly misty...its late and I take the way to the shops through the graveyard.
I have pretty good sight in the dark, make out colours easily, don't even need a light to get by in areas as unlit as the woods.
So there I go, through the graveyard, mp3 on low, it's misty yet I can still see through it - pretty well and see...
Nothing.
The fun begins when I bought my stuff - no booze since it wasn't down to that, it ws lucozade some fruit, that basic stuff.
Go back through the graveyard, having the thought to turn my music off since I wouldn't be surprised if some random guy jumps out, being halloween and all.
Let me interupt this for a moment to say how someone gets in or out, one way through cars, the opposite way to that is through fields which you'd have to be crazy in this light to cross, the last way was where I was headed.
Not a sound in there, if you like, it was "dead quiet" about a third of the way walking, I look to my left, and see something "flesh coloured" It'd be roughly the average height, I think less but basically it was like someones head turned away just enouigh to not see the eyes, just the cheek - and the neck down. "hands"? I saw something of a similar colour and smaller so it's a maybe, not saying for sure.
"so it's someone walking along with me, big deal" I think to myself. but it was moving at a way that wouldn't be walking, more of a steady uninterrupted pace, not the way I'd call walking and someone would be climbing over graves at this position, the "hands" moving a few inches back and forth.
So I'm watching the "person" for about 12-30 feet...nothing, out of sight completely, not even seeing them duck down if there was someone there and not a sound to be heard - It would seem the only person there was me.
I made my way out off there, slightly disturbed yet not making me want to get out of there as soon as possible.
Any ideas on what may have happened? |

Oh man! Walking through a graveyard in the dark on Halloween ... LOL you're a braver soul than me!
Sounds like an interesting trip though Ichigo. Of course it's impossible to have any idea what happened as only you can really be the judge of that, but from the way you tell it, you certainly sound like you had company!
I dare you to go back and take some photos! HaHa only joking ... but if you do, be sure to show us the results

To concur with others before me, I would not walk through a graveyard in general, let alone on Halloween!
Wimpyness aside and full skeptic in view.... you did say that it was misty. Is there any chance that it was a reflection of you? I only ask because it was flesh colored. Just a thought.
